Sutton Foster won the Tony Award for the Best Actress on Anything Goes. Sutton Foster first appeared in a television show in Star Search at age 15, and has more recently been seen as a character in Bunheads, Psych, Johnny and the Sprites, Flight of the Conchords, Sesame Street, Law and Order SVU as well as Royal Pains. Sutton Foster has toured the United States and internationally as a soloist along with Michael Rafter. She performed songs from "Wish" the first solo CD as well her second album, "An evening With Sutton Foster live in the Cafe Carlyle". Sutton received an honorary doctorate in the year 2011 in the form of Ball State University, where she is also a faculty member and advisor for the Department of Theatre and Dance. In March 2015 she began acting as "Younger" in TVLand, a new show created by Darren Star.
